I  began practicing Kundalini Yoga in 2002, became a certified Kundalini instructor in 2006 and began teaching in September of 2006.

I love Kundalini because it is the householder's yoga, it works quickly, and is complete, working on the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of human existence. I feel very blessed to share this amazing technology with others, and am constantly reminded of the power of this knowledge through those I teach and my own daily practice. It is an honor to share this technology, as it has had such a profound effect on my life.
