Advanced Flow: Designed for fun and challenging sequences.  This class includes an expanded repertoire  of inversions as well as other advanced postures.  It is suggested that students have at least 6 months experience in yoga vinyasa.

All Levels: Familiar postures designed for all levels of fitness.

Ashtanga Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga: This class is for students brand new to Ashtanga as well as more experienced students. It is a choreographed sequence of postures that flow into one another, building strength, unwinding tight joints, and creating loose, flexible muscles.  It is a unique combination of dynamic breathing and strong flowing movements, which creates a high-heat, high-energy workout. 

Ashtanga Improv: First and sometimes second series postures of the Ashtanga series. This class will build strength and stamina while purifying the body. Meant for fit students with experience.

Flow (or Level 1): Sequencing of familiar postures with a gentleness in mind, Intermediate class, using foundational postures that are the building blocks for any yoga practice. All levels welcome.

Flow 2 (or Level 2): Sequencing through many series of postures with a focus on strong fluid body use. Some yoga experience recommended.

Fundamentals: This class will help you to develop your practice. Be ready to balance and build strength as we link breath to movement. Inspirational quotes and music will help to keep you focused and in the moment. 

Kundalini: Kundalini yoga consists of various exercise sets (kriyas) which utilize specific postures, breathing techniques, mantras, mudras and locks to raise the Kundalini energy, improve physical health, elevate consciousness and expand self awareness. There is an emphasis on breath (pranayama) and each class includes a meditation. All levels are welcome.

Power: Poses held longer than flow classes with more emphasis on strength, stamina and depth of the poses. Experience recommended.

Silent Meditation Practice: This donation based practice is geared to taking your yoga practice beyond the physical realm into the deeper limbs of yoga. If you already have a meditation practice and techniques, you can practice those techniques. For those new to meditation, some simple  techniques will be offered. This class is designed to provide a space for you to come together with others, to still the mind and body, and invoke the divine presence within us all.

Universal Core Flow: Universal Core Flow simply means asana for everyone. Poses are built from the base up, focusing on the core and alignment, and then sequenced to cater to all levels and each individual’s needs. The class flows with elements of yin and yang helping students to develop strength and flexibility. As each of us in the universe is similar we also have so many differences and nuances, just the same Universal Core Flow builds upon familiar postures but is always different and ever-changing. 

Wake Up & Flow: Using breathing techniques and sequencing of familiar postures, this class will wake you up and help to bring balance to your day. All levels welcome.

World Flow: WORLD FLOW is a  blend of Yoga styles that incorporates smooth fluid postures (asana) dedicated to combining your body's movement with the movement of your breath to build up heat (tapas) in your core, which in turn will lead to more strength, flexibility, and stamina as well as detoxification. This class will be complimented with a vibrant collection of world music and readings, (African, South American, Caribbean, European, Indian, Asian) to create a sense of connection and community with others cultures throughout the yoga practice.

Yin/Yang: Take your practice deep and slow to start. Embrace a stillness within you. Then explore opening and twisting with ease. Moving into our vinyasa with a groovy beat to lead your asanas. Let your breath be a dance. Be ready to challenge yourself and connect with your higher power. This class is a journey with a new play list and inspirational messages each week. Come get your groove on! 

Yin: Long deeply held poses to reduce stiffness in the ankles, legs, hips, back, shoulders. This class provides a meditative mind set. This can reduce stress of the mind and the body. All levels welcomed.
