Jenna Gully began the physical practice of yoga at a young age. When she was ready to exit retail, Jenna wanted to find a career that added value to others lives and was more than just trying to sell people on something. Yoga fully integrated all her interests: from the mechanics of the physical body, to the psychology of the mind, to exploring the unique imprint of each Soul. Jenna teaches all levels of physical practice; her passion lies in assisting others to find relaxation and ease on all levels. Sometimes the body needs to be physically challenged, other times it can be intimidating even just to show up. Through a physical practice, Vibrational Healing, Yoga Nidra Sleep Meditation and Reflexology, Jenna aims to continue to assist people in meeting themselves where they are at & exploring alternative ways of healing.
