Kyle Porter

Kyle Profile PictureKyle Porter is a former college athlete (soccer) with a background in performance training and soccer coaching, working with youth developmental, collegiate, and professional soccer players, locally, nationally, and internationally.   Kyle has been coaching/teaching performance and soccer since 2013 and yoga since August of 2018.  He holds the following certifications:

            • RYT200 (Yoga Nirvana Certified)
            • NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
            • EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS)
            • Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1
            • United States Soccer Federation (USSF) D License

Kyle is also currently enrolled in the M.S. Kinesiology program at A.T. Still University, pursuing a dual tract in Corrective Exercise & Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Sports Psychology and will graduate in December of 2019.  He has been consistently practicing at the studio since March of 2016 and absolutely loves yoga.  It is Kyle’s San Culpa to become the soccer performance coach for the US Men’s National team where he plans on using eastern philosophies (i.e., yoga) and western philosophies (i.e., evidence-based practices of Kinesiology) to maximize soccer performance.
