Michelle finished her 200-Hour Teaching Training with Jim Keegan in May 2015. Teaching yoga is truly a dream for her. Michelle fell in love with the practice when she began to attend regular classes in college. Formerly a dancer, the grace and beauty of vinyasa is initially what attracted her most to yoga. Once she began to practice daily, she realized the incredible, not only physical, but also emotional benefits she achieved from it.
In her classes, expect to experience a full body workout with some Pilates-inspired elements, as well as traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques. Michelle wants her students to leave her class feeling lighter, happier and proud of their commitment to their mind-body health.
